1. Submit Your Request

Fill out our request form with your project details, sizes, and artwork. Once submitted, we’ll review everything within 48 hours.

2. Artwork & File Requirements

To ensure your order prints sharp and professional, please review the guidelines below before uploading your artwork.

Submitting high-quality artwork helps us process your order faster and prevents delays.

• Minimum 150-300 DPI resolution for most prints

• High-resolution JPEG, PDF, TIFF, EPS files preferred

• Artwork must be sized to actual print dimensions when possible. 

  Example: A 24" x 36" banner should be designed at 24" x 36".

• Screenshots, low-resolution images, or blurry files may not print clearly

If you’re unsure about your file quality, we’re happy to review it and advise before printing.

3. Review & Invoice

After reviewing your request and artwork, we’ll send an invoice with final pricing and project details.

4. Approve & Pay

Once your invoice is paid, your order is officially placed and production begins.

5. Production & Turnaround

Turnaround time starts after payment is received. Standard production time is 5–7 business days.

6. Pickup or Delivery

We’ll notify you when your order is ready for pickup or arrange delivery/shipping.

 

Print Policies

Production Turnaround

Standard production time is 5–7 business days, beginning once payment is received and all artwork has been approved. Production timelines may vary based on order volume or project complexity. Expedited orders may be available upon approval and are subject to scheduling and additional fees.

Artwork & Proofing

Customers are responsible for providing print-ready artwork and carefully reviewing all files prior to submission. The Print House is not responsible for errors in approved artwork, including spelling, sizing, or layout.

Color Accuracy

While we strive for accurate color reproduction, slight variations may occur between digital screens and printed materials due to differences in monitors, materials, and printing processes.

File Quality

High-resolution artwork is required for optimal results. Final print quality is dependent on the quality and resolution of files supplied by the customer.

Payment Terms

Full payment is required before any order enters production.

Order Changes & Cancellations

Once an order has entered production, changes or cancellations may not be possible. Any approved changes may result in additional charges and extended turnaround times.

Returns & Reprints

All orders are custom produced and are final sale. Reprints or replacements are issued only in the event of a verified production error.

Order Fulfillment

Customers will be notified once orders are ready for pickup or when shipping confirmation becomes available.
